You will find several changes including a new E-mail Portal for the Residents. We promised you your very own "@TurnerTrace.com" E-mail
address, and we are glad to be able to deliver on that promise. If you already live at The Village of Turner Trace, you will be
receiving a short questionare about what you would like your E-mail Address to be.

Inspired
by the Classic Design and Ageless Charm of Williamsburg, Georgetown, and
Savannah as well as newer towns such as Celebration, Florida and New Albany,
Ohio, The Village of Turner Trace will raise the bar and set a new standard of
quality. Quality measured not only by the quality of the architecture and cost
of homes, but most importantly, measured in the Quality of Life that The Village
of Turner Trace will provide for all its residents.
Our mission is to blend the best of both worlds, old and new; and provide
communities of Quality, Value and Character, at a Human Scale, that create a
real "Sense of Place." A place you will always remember as home. A Living
Place for today's families.

At
The Village of Turner Trace, the residential areas of the Village have been
designed for the resident. Getting lost on seemingly endless and monotonous
streets that go nowhere has been replaced with pleasant, intimately detailed
streetscapes that are a delight to experience.
It is important, we believe, that interaction among all members of the community
be fostered. With that in mind, and to help capture and encourage the spirit of
"community", four different, but complementary, neighborhoods have been created
at Turner Trace.

While
creating The Village of Turner Trace, we were not interested in merely creating
a sustainable community, we always envisioned the creation of a rock-stable
community that would go even further, and provide for its' residents that
sometimes intangible, but real, "Pride of Place" feeling. It wasn't easy
- but it was very worthwhile.
As we've gone about the task of designing and creating The Village of Turner
Trace, we've adhered to some very basic
