The Progress of Construction at The Village of Turner Trace

Phase I of the Construction here at The Village of Turner Trace is well under way, and we are pleased to bring you these pictures and streaming videos of the process.  See all the details, and a map of Phase I, as well as how it relates to the entire project here.

Now that ground has been broken on the first home, it's definitely time to start thinking about reserving your lot, and contacting one the builders, and getting started on your new home at The Village of Turner Trace.  With the extensive list of amenities available, the unique and beautiful neighborhoods, and the classic style, why would you even think about living anywhere else?

We've purchased another lovely piece of art for the Public Spaces here at The Village of Turner Trace.  This fountain will most likely be a "dry" fountain, surrounded with ivy.  5 February 2004

Developing The Village of Turner Trace has become quite the Family Affair.  Developer Dan Muehlenbein's parents have even gotten involved in caring for the beautiful landscape around The Village of Turner Trace.  5 August 2003

We've purchased some beautiful art for one of the parks here at The Village of Turner Trace.  It's a statue of a girl swinging a little boy around.  We're placing it one of the parks here, and plan to add other pieces to the Art Collection as well.  See pictures of the statue, as well as a map showing it's location here.  16 January 2003
