Phase I of The Village of Turner Trace is now under construction.

Phase I will include a total of 48 distinctive, Georgian style townhomes lining the boulevard which will connect The Village Shoppes downtown to Gabel Green, the picturesque and elegantly appointed circle that is the central focal point of the residential portion of The Village of Turner Trace.

In addition, 54 custom homes in the Lockford Walk section are being built, 10 in the Oakton section and 3 in the Inverness section.

All homes will be designed employing historically influenced architecture and reflecting the high quality self-imposed development standards created by the developer and builders.  These standards are guided by a specific set of Principles and a Philosophy of Design that make The Village of Turner Trace what it is.  A Very Special Place.
